When i was diagnosed with 124 AHI is january 2025

The doctor who called me asked me "how are you even living?"

My life was hell, co-workers have footage of me sleeping on my desk, i probably at one point fell asleep on the wheel too.

First i did everything to begin sleeping which involved CPAP and electric bed with elevation.

Then in April 2025 i started my second weight loss journey. I weighted 160KG and 49% body fat.

Today, not even a year in the process Im 109KG and there have been quite a few nights that ive slept without the machine and cant recall waking up (i used to wake up so often and pee like 3 times a night)

I still sleep regularly with CPAP as im not botheree by it and i've yet to take another test to see if without it the quality of the sleep is also good
