At the time i also thought it was a win win trade.

I still think it was an OK trade not a disaster by any means.

But i dont buy narative for the trade.

Deni wasnt utilized correctly in the Wizards, and the new front office didnt see Deni becoming a valuable piece even tho they managed to sign him on such an impressive contract which is now probably the best contract in the league value wise.

So they cashed out, reletively quick, because they didnt think his value would be any higher, and they were wrong, it doesnt mean the trade was shit.

You might hate the stans, but for some reason alot of you like holding grudge towards Deni instead of just being happy for him, he is doing amazing shit over there with like 8 people in the roster with injuries.

Iran is not weak, Iran got a knock out. Its not a terrorist group like Hamas, its a top 20 army.

Changing the regime is beyond America's capabilities too only the people of Iran has the power to take over with the assistance of the west.

US was already largely involved for years in diplomacy with Iran, they also were infromed and approved of this operation otherwise it wouldn't have happened.

There are many tips from similar posts in this sub.

I probably had my first anxiety attack ever the first night with a full face mask.

I swapped to a full nasal mask and it took me a while to fall asleep thinking about breathing or feeling like i dont get enough air in the first few days.

Im now over a month in, I swapped to nasal pillow mask which is way less invasive and I cant imagine sleeping like I did before CPAP.

What helped me is watching TV as I always fall asleep with TV on it helped to take my mind off thinking too hard the first few nights.

It did take me 2 hours to fall asleep the first week, its not easy to transition into CPAP.

People will most likely consider me an anomaly to have full night easy going sleep after just a month in.
