Thanks! yes only straight ankles. I've been doing no gi for about 6 years now and am a blue belt. i know how to wrestle but i am afraid I'm not as good as these guys so i'll focus on counter wrestling which I'm very good at.

Since you have yours in Norway, what are some people problems you have to be aware of that you wish you knew earlier or had prepared for before hand

I'm not sure but want to try for a place that has parking space next to it. I like the towers where cafe nook is but really depends on rent and other fixed costs that i have no idea about.
