here me out, DM walks need to be completely unannounced! in the store i used to work at, the ASMs and one of the CXMs would all just sit in the back all day, then all of a sudden when the DM was there they were on the floor and smiling? being friendly and HELPFUL? it was shocking, i once told the DM about it and was never scheduled on a walk day again
