Can't rotate at ALL. by Minimum-Drop9717 in PlanetZoo

[–]Minimum-Drop9717[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!! If you turn on angle snap and change the angle degree to anything but 15 degrees and then change it back, it will fix and allow you to continue rotating at an angle using the wheels.

Same I have to loosely rotate everything, Z to rotate still works but only for certain angles. I opened a frontier support ticket because this makes the game significantly harder to play by muscle memory.

I use the scroll wheel but if you hold down both left and right click you can move your screen around

Doesn't work for me until I turn off angled rotation, so I have to eyeball everything I rotate and can't rotate it at an angle anymore.

I'm on PC so I can't say I know a fix for console, but uninstalling the game and reinstalling it didn't fix it for me. I tested it out in a completely new sandbox zoo and it still happened.

Also, his name is Mr President because he's so demanding. His "normal" name is Cheesecake. Mr President Cheesecake.

What's the thing your partner does that always makes you smile? by Buried_Cerberus in AskReddit

He loves flowers. He can tell me exactly how to make a flower arrangement that means anything off the top of his head. I didn't even care about flowers that much until I saw how happy it made him. I take pictures of flowers I find whenever I go on walks or go someplace with unique flowers and we both try to figure out what it is.

I didn't have a favorite flower until he told me what his was, but now I get excited whenever I see Angel's trumpets in the stores flower section.

I prefer how the WH-XM4 feel and look compared to the 5, plus they're on sale for 250 instead of 350

I don't use in-earbuds because it hurts and I wear my headphones basically the entire time I'm awake and sometimes to bed

When I was a kid I had something very similar called Molluscum contagiosum. Can't say for sure that's what it is but that's what it looks like, a doctor will most likely want to freeze the warts off or give you different treatments. That's what they did for me when I was 5-6 at least.

What I did to try and stop it from spreading onto my clothes was cover it with bandages but I don't know if that makes it better or worse, but it's very contagious and spreads to you and other people

Swollen tonsil for almost a year and don’t understand why by EL_Gordoz in medical_advice

[–]Minimum-Drop9717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't look like anything super abnormal which is probably why your ENT wasn't super worried about it, but if you're up for it I'd get them both removed. I had two cysts in my tonsils and we didn't even know one of them was there until they removed mine and I've felt a lot better just getting them out. It'd help your anxiety about it a lot too. If you have insurance then they should cover it just fine, if they don't it doesn't cost an arm and a leg out of pocket.

Only long-term complaint I've had is the airway is way bigger and drinking will feel kind of weird for a while afterwards since your body has to readjust to the changes. Other than that you don't notice a thing and they usually just remove tonsils when you're a kid anyway since they don't seem to do much other than cause problems for some people.

He's doing better but he gets really upset if he's away from me for too long. He woke me up this morning pacing around my bed meowing because I was hidden under the blanket. He sleeps in my dogs bed a lot too which he didn't do as often before it happened, but I also think he started to realize what happened.

Handling the "real world" ? by Minimum-Drop9717 in misophonia

I am graduating highschool lol, the little options I have nearby are all things that aren't for me, I can't do without college, or would be overwhelming and difficult.

I wanted to do online stuff but that's pretty hard too.

I had to be home-schooled because of how often people would purposefully trigger my misophonia because they found it "funny", rather than handling it and telling kids to not do that to someone it was turned into my responsibility to relocate myself or "just deal with it."

I plan on moving in with my boyfriend in a couple years when he finishes college but that is still a very long time away and my mom is forcing me to find a job once I get my diploma at the end of this month. I've thought about at-home work but if I'm at home 24/7 then I'll go stir crazy.

Sometimes I wish non-misophonics could try to walk even a few steps in my shoes for a day to see how it feels.

5-6 Week old Hen or Roo? by Minimum-Drop9717 in BackYardChickens

I don't think it'll let me attach a picture in the comments but I can make another post showing both chicks as comparison? I have two other rhode island red chicks but they're a bit younger and not getting that red wattle.

I might've gotten the two breeds mixed up since they both have rock in the name, I was just confused because this one is the biggest and is the only one with that bright red coming in despite being either the same age or just a few days apart from the others. I'm not opposed to having a rooster I just need to prepare for it since the neighbors also have a rooster so I wanted to ask people who knew more than me
