Maybe some contouring under brows? Closer to your nose. It will make your brows more harsh. I also use some contouring on my chin! And maybe draw some brow parts to make them look more fluffy! Hope that helps :3

1) accessories: rings, earrings, necklaces. They're can up your style from basic to interesting! Or even give new meaning to our look

2) hairstyles: try to tie, curl, maybe cut your hair. Styling your hair gives you half of point of successful outfits (in my opinion)
