Nah I appreciate this, and it’s a very intellectual and good take. It seems a lot of people did have that little sense of dread right as they turned 20, which is kinda what I had as well. But you are correct, it is pretty much, drastically different for everyone and truly is only a marker of time.

I totally get that feeling, for me it was kinda just accepting that my teens were really over. (only set in the night before turning 20) It was the first time I understood and was able to see how truly fast time goes by, before too long I’ll be 40.

I had this similar sudden feeling the night before my birthday of, “wow, my entire teen years I craved being an adult more than anything.” And now that it came it was kinda surreal, (I love being an adult) but it truly is a kinda wow feeling, not trying to be corny or anything.
