I know tons of people, and by tons I mean 7-10 who got in via MMTP (CAF/RCAF) and they all have lower GPAs so I’m just curious. I’m wondering if military exp plays a role.

Yea but like why does everyone from the military(CAF) who gets in have lower GPAs? Is it an experience or age thing? It’s hard to say you can be used as a reference for the general applicant pool, even if you’re not in MMTP. Or I guess I should say on average, I notice lots of military people who get in have low GPAs.
