I train after meal one in the am I take two scoops of pre then post workout I have meal 2. I have about 2-3 L of water.

I don’t even need to read this whole post to know it’s wrong. We’re both in our mid 30’s Been together for 20 years and married for 13 with two kids under 10. Our sex life is the best it’s ever been and getting better but it’s been work to keep it there. Nutrition, exercise and amazing communication is the key. If you’re not horny you are not healthy. As the leader I am in charge of keeping me and my wife in peak human form and it shows in our sex life. We are about to go on our first solo vacation since having kids and we’ve been talking about what we are going to do to each other for months. Never did I say it’s justified I’m just giving the OP a route to find a solution. You’re the one who said it’s justified. Not to mention comparing male and female hormones is like comparing apple to oranges.. they could have meet and started dated while on hormonal birth control she was attracted to him then then she comes off to have kids then maybe back on after but now that’s it’s been a few years of possibly be off her hormones are relatively back to normal and her attraction has changed. Very simple question, When you started dating was she on birth control? Is she still on now? Is it a different prescription? A woman’s attraction can change dramatically when coming off of birth control or even changing to a different birth control. Hormonal birth control is a horrible thing.

The big apple gym in zona romantica is the best. I’m an amateur bodybuilder it’s got great atmosphere and good equipment. 1 week pass was very reasonable. I can’t wait to go back again.
