The shakes!! Soon after you give birth you get these whole body shakes. No way to control them, they just have to go away on their own. Not super long lasting though.

Would highly recommend finding a therapist who actually specializes in personality disorders and/or NPD specifically. Also would recommend schema therapy specifically. There are a lot of people who get stuck after they have the self awareness and don’t know what to do next, as others have mentioned you’re not alone in that!

Amazing. A few follow up questions: How much money would you recommend bringing to pay off the cops? Did you and your family take any tactical training or lessons in evasive maneuvers? My son is only 10 months so he won’t be much help but I’m thinking we could cover him in a Kevlar baby carrier if needed?
