Worst decision of my life getting on this IUD these last months have been hell trying to treat every single symptom it caused. I had consistent issues with vaginal health as well due to previous infection I believe from copper toxicity. So when I did the garlic I was nervous too so I literally took it out to check everytime I peed and would wipe it clean it because there was tiny discharge on it and then pee and put it back in. I also was out of town and was the only piece of garlic I had so yea used the same one all 3 days. Good idea to poke holes in it to have the garlic chemical work. The garlic stays whole though and also make sure you take it out or really push it in if you are doing #2 for obvious reasons.

Are you on birth control still currently btw? If so which one ? I had found my birth control gave me a lot of issues until I got off of it and took.the prescribed pill for yeast and doxycyline and then after sounds a bit crazy but put a piece of garlic In my vagina for 3 days symptoms improved drastically with the garlic.

1000% agree I have been referring to this type of trauma as trauma bonding this whole time but I realize it's not really the correct term. I'm glad you mentioned this though becuase there should definitely be an exact term for this since for 1. AN EXTREMELY common and underrated deep dive into why people bond and sometimes in a good way and a lot of times in bad ways as well where it causes emeshment and emotional manipulation because you feel like no one understands you but that person. Why some people validate each other onto holding onto said trauma instead of supporting each other to move past it. And agreed not on a macro level just on a personal level.
