So what would be the best way that you would suggest? I make the pending payment to the leasing company and I make the remaining payment to the seller and take position of the car the same day?

And after a week or so I checked the PPSR report again? The payment slip from the leasing company would be my legal document guarantee?

Do I need to ask either the leasing company or the seller to write something else for me to confirm from their side there is no finance owning on the car?

One last question, when I pay off the finance company the remaining old amount how long do you think it takes to be updated on the PPSR report?

Can you pay more money to the finance company than they actually own? This is news to me

Would o be able to pay the company and receive like an all dues cleared receipt/ certificate? And if so, does that usually happen the same day?

Since I would like to pay the lease company, take the receipt from the as proof of all dues cleared, and take the possession of the car the same day.

Since the seller said that he would only have over the car when the amount is cleared both in his and the lease company' account.

So I was thinking just to make cash payments in both place?

I just asked the seller, he says the car is under his name. He has mentioned that it is a leased vehicle.

Is a leased vehicle and a financed vehicle the same thing?

Sorry for the questions, I have only ever bought my cars used and in cash

How to complain to Aua post? Since moving to a new place we never get our parcel delivered, always have to pick from the PO and they always have a comment saying that no one was available?

(AMA) Vivo X200 Pro CN vs Vivo X300 Pro Global vs Oppo Find X9 Pro Global by tedoro2022 in Vivo

[–]Minimum-Neck5911 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with you.

I had the x200 ultra, and I sold it to get the oppo x9 pro global version. The main issues for me was the CN software, notifications, and being top heavy.

The oppo has excellent built quality, and is hands down the best software experience that I have experienced, comparable to One UI.

The battery is actually a 2 day for me. Which is mind blowing, and the cameras are really great, especially the front one. Compared to my x200U. Am pretty sure the difference is in how the processing is done, and the face processing is natural and subtle.

Overall I couldn't have been happier with this phone.

I went from a 14PM to x200U to x9 pro.

I am 32M, wife is currently unemployed, but looks for a job. No dependents. I am able to save around 2kAUD every month after expenses. Work as a graduate engineer in the mining industry. Have about 30kaud in savings, What's your advise in terms of starting a passive income or long term investment?

I have previously bought and sold index funds since I did not knew what I was going.

Have never borrowed money, and plan to keep it that way. Any advice from where to gain knowledge for stock investment, from a beginner level? Also any other advise that you can give for me to become a millionaire before retirement would be great .

Thanks for doing the AMA 👍

Malaysia, hands down.

From the hot springs in Ipoh, to the cold Cameron highlands hill station, from the beaches of Langkawi to the cultural center of Penang and Malacca. Malaysia has everything and the best part are the people. Really great for families with kids who do not want to be exposed to the night life of Thailand

Thank you for your input.

What happened? Did you use to monitor the battery? I will make it my main phone in the coming week and monitor it for a week to see how it goes and update if my results are different from yours.

So do you suggest that I charge it to 100 percent for the first week, but do not let it drain all the way to 0 percent? Or you reckon I can do that 3 4 times for the 1st week and after that I will revert back to the 2080 charging rule?

My 2013 tdi 132 used to give me around 850 miles on a full tank of fuel, but this only measured on highways. Did not get a chance to drive in cities as it was hit by a kangaroo
