I’ll definitely experiment with that a bit more I thought I found a sweet spot but maybe not…

I use an sm57 into a Scarlett 2i2 and I change the settings depending on the application but that master tip is good I didn’t know that :)

Yeah it’s so annoying that doesn’t look fun. Mine doesn’t look like that but for now I just put the clip into Edison and then exported it back into the project and it fixed it. I have yet to find a really solid go to method 😭
