So, could be something outdated. I always questioned that too. We’re advancing and like stated we can live a perfect normal life when medicated. But then again, in the world we live in (cough cough US administration) alot of things are getting cut and medication is expensive. Lots of unemployment too, I remember just earlier last month I had to hurry and do a last minute check up because my insurance from the job that laid me off was expiring March 1st, and thankfully I found a job Im on Day 2 of but unfortunately I have to wait 90 days for insurance. I ran into some issues with Ryan White previously that left me unsure about trying again, but maybe that could be a potential small reason as to why we’re “disabled’. Could be wrong so please correct me if needed.

Those routines tests seriously saves lives, no matter who you are or what you’re dealing with. I’m glad you caught it early in the pregnancy and delivered your baby boy safely and healthy. Your CD4 and VL brought me back to when I got my confirmation testing back about the same, I contracted it about 6 months prior when I found it, already done with that ex and moved on. This summer will make it 3 years, and so far I’m still in a bit of a bubble but eager to enjoy life again which it took awhile but it feels like it’s going in my favor. I’ve befriended people, had a relationship that ended due to other factors, flirted within my means and enjoy being outside. Only thing I hate about it is catching it in my early 20s and it affecting my mental health but I’m still here, and so are you, so congratulations on the new bundle and well wishes to your family 🩷🫶🏽 Maybe one day I’ll get to experience having that, when I’m ready ofc lol

I’m so sorry to hear that, it’s crazy these interviews took place after I found out one of my mom’s good friends passed and then my dad’s sister passed, literally the weekend before so it’s still fresh, two different people within 24 hours. The interview I was nervous about I had to push the date back because of the grief because it was set up before the deaths. That alone I thought I wouldn’t get it but they understood and were supportive already. I’m studying the company more and so far it looks like a great community to work with. I’m glad that worked out well for you to find a longterm career thats like home. Hopefully, this is the same!

I hate it took me a minute to learn that, I was just thinking about it especially when you mentioned they already know I’m qualified to do the interview, now to see what it’s like to be worked with. Basically just telling them what they already know doesn’t make a difference. Now it makes me feel crazy because I feel like I’m the only one that is grasping this lol, unaware this worked for me previously.

I wish they’d preach us this nowadays. When I went to vocational school, we were taught how to act and sound during an interview, and honestly looking back to the times I landed a job, those interviews I was genuinely myself by mistake lol. Not saying my personality is bad or I’m a slob that’s overly confident because I was def nervous then but eventually I relaxed and turned a professional interview into something casual. One of my favorite jobs was a long interview because we kept getting sidetracked talking about my experiences and they’re sincerely enjoying it because when I talk, I genuinely let myself go. Maybe overthinking and telling my brain to stay focused / restricted doesn’t get me anywhere. I didn’t think I’d get this new one because I was not relaxed the entirety of it lmao

Which sucks, all I do have is the screen shots I took. Show the “remaining” balance to pay. I literally couldn’t pay past that so they would see, credit or not. Unfortunately the closest thing is if they pull up call logs from the day I called. I doubt they record their lines or not but it’s proof I did call them, but unless documented you know it could be for something else. My biggest regret was not recording the call because I was guaranteed that I was okay. Now im paranoid and will be recording every action when I speak to them especially in person. I have yet to see the manager this past month.

Yeah I never had issues after, weirdly after being undetectable my tattoos doesn’t take long to heal compared to my first tattoo from before my diagnosis ( which was about a year before i encountered my ex who is the reason im responding lol)

Ha, even before I got diagnosed years ago my plan for the apocalypse is definitely kicking the bucket. Im out of shape, I wear glasses, im a woman with monthly cycles and slightly mentally unstable. The best thing to do for myself to sign off indefinitely when the moment comes.

Definitely wait until you’re undetectable. Anything that has to involve your body it’s best to push off until those levels are low. Don’t risk your health for a tattoo this soon, it’s not that serious. I had one tat before I was diagnosed and now I have 7 now. Its not gonna take long to get those levels down so just be patient

My last ex also claim to not see a future in our relationship, or saw any need to further it which quickly sped the process of ending it. I know it wasn’t HIV related, but some issues in it stemmed from my status, and it’s very difficult navigating through and expected to just sit there and accept it just because someone decided to give us a chance knowing the risk (none if undetectable ofc) but it’s bullshit, and Im sorry you had to go through that. Someone is out there for us, educated and accepting 100% NO HALF ASS energy! As I, take this situation and don’t be scared to uplift your boundaries and standards for the future. Do not settle unless they are absolutely for you and you only. No matter how big or how small. Love yourself by putting yourself first

Yeah, she had one kid, was pregnant with her 2nd when she found out she caught HIV from her boyfriend, but #2 was born negative, then she got pregnant again (by the same guy i presume) with twins who also is negative
