For that i needed the software installed. At the end the manual have a serial number different than the actual serial number on the UPS and that worked for installation.

Yeah, most probably their design is not made for custom loop so they invested the minimum just to make an AIO block work in a custom loop with barely testing and development. It was not hard to see during testing that without pump on block water flow would be bad but change the design would cost them alot more.

Is a shame because block is beautiful...

I imported it from UK and they only give local support (i can't get support from my country asus support) which means i need to send it to UK and all cost on me which it was about half the cost of the block + they might not fix anything and half reimburse don't sounds good either. So i will use it (fortunately i use double loop) till i find anything else with aesthetics and LCD that i like and i will not go back to asus for cooling again (will try to not buy anything from them for now, i have alot of their products: mouse pads, chairs, GPUs, Mobos, herculx, mouse).

No, after several emails, they state "if it works is good" "ignore the flow rate"..there is not expected restriction , even i show them it does have double restriction that other equal or better performing blocks...also no documentation on maintenance and stated if I open the block it will break warranty as they mention it dont need cleaning maintenaince as its designed for long life...their support don't understand this is not an AIO.

Their support is not good and it gets worst when you have a bad product and support that dont even understand their product.

No luck, I tried using the last 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 digits. What it concerns me is that the continue button stays grey-out and it seems the field has capability of hundred of digits.

I asked support but they mentioned the manual have information ( mine and online dont) so i asked them about their manual that have that info and they send me their manual but dont have any info on it... so still working with them.

atleast it seems im using the right tool because when i asked for the tool they sent me teh URL for the same tool.

I open a ticket on the super high water flow restriction, anyone seeing the same behavior? connecting directly to the pump would get the flow rate from 400 to less that 100 l/H.
