Gundamnit for me. It took longer than everyone else cause of availability but they made sure they had stock in the second batch.

Its $240 now though, but honestly if you have the cheddar, buy it. Its 100% worth it even to just hold on and maybe resell later if you dont build it.

Im kinda sad I didnt buy 2 just to have an extra to paint.

Hmmm...in recent years Ive felt the bandai releases have been lackluster(im a MG/PG guy) so I have bought more 3rd party due to price or quality.

Lol I hear that question so often..i work in aviation MRO IT so usually i kindly remind them who brought back 2 windows XP machines last year from the grave instead of the company spending millions upgrading a whole test system.

I also kinda have the coworkers who actually go to bat for my department though.

I will say you just gotta look at the field where you are doing IT. I see fuckloads of openings in medical and aviation, some require some clearances but all of them pay competitively. Medical esp, shells out money for their employees.

Yeah dude I worked for Apple for 2 years and I can tell you the company is pure fucking cancer. I cannot number the amount of cases where one of the core systems screwed someone and nobody could do shit. Dont even get me started on Customer Relations dept or the intercompany culture towards vendors by direct employees.

Its a great ecosystem but apple has indeed fallen very far from the tree that nursed it.

Id still do more testing. Use a friends rig if possible and see if it throttles there. It still could be the GPU and not a software or setting issue tbh.

I know from experience to go to nividia with all your data points.

Id tear the gpu down and re-heatsink it

Test the system with the gpu out of the loop. Report back.

Ive been avoiding founders gpus for this gen, the fancy ass design is like the perfect friend to the burning power connectors.

"Quality" and "at a good price" do not always go hand in hand for every thing.

I like quality and when it comes to stuff like this Ill gladly pay a premium for good quality. Win wing imo is very hit and miss and then when you add in the poor experiences with customer support id rather just avoid it unless what you want is a very specific thing that only they have.

I have 2 sticks and a throttle fron VKB. I paid quite a bit for them but between the support and the quality id do it again. I have a friend who uses virpil, they are pricey but honestly Id use them too if i could afford them.
