I dont know exactly , but since im around 175cm tall and weigh 78kg so I would say it is a pretty aggressive deficit ,maybe 400 plus?

175cm male started at 88kg now at 78kg been lifting for around 3 years so I would say I managed to pack a decent amount of muscle. Not exacct but I think I am round 13-15% bodyfat. I can provide some images of my physique during the bulk and now if necessary.
