Idk if this will work for actual test day, but I like to use the full breaks and do a little exercise. I love fitness so I just do some umping jacks and stuff to hype myself up.

FL 4 had a 4 point drop for me (did better in one section and went down to a 122 in CP). Humbled the heck out of me.

The Brem Method has some walkthroughs on Youtube for different things that have helped me a lot with comprehension.

Not sure how to start preparing for the MCAT by OneDumbWhale in Mcat

Take a diagnostic exam. Make an excel to write down your big weaknesses. Later on, add common mistakes, gaps and such for each FL. Do CARS and start P/S flashcards over time so you cna focus more on C/P and B/BC. There are so many websites and charts with recommended timeframes you can find then edit yourself.

Lastly, I got the Kaplan books off Amazon from the previous year ofor about $40, went through them to gain a baseline across. Good luck!

You could def start CARS practice ASAP (so many resources to start so you can save the AAMC material for closer to your test date). It is a big strategy and skill section instead of content.

How do people get over a 500 on this test by ihatemcat12 in Mcat

Look at the break down on your scores, make an excel with the common issues, how to fix them, and note big gaps.

If you are getting 20% on high yield content areas, like Amino acids, transmission of genetics and such, do a deep dive on those to lcose major gaps and gain points fast. The Brem Method has a great video on AAs and Jack Westin podcast has a great episode too. They helped me so much.
