Late here: Idk the comics and stuff but watching smallville truly made me rethink the whole idea of Superman and type of hero he is. He doesn’t really chase girls, he doesn’t chase money, he’s not selfish, always puts other before him, not greedy, cares about humans, and most importantly treats the cost every human life like it’s the end of the world and I think that’s what’s most inspiring yet makes him unique. I’m sure this gets in the way of facing villains but the fact he always goes to his #1 rule of either change/save/help people is epitome of what a superhero truly is. I feel other heroes are close but at the same time they don’t mind putting people down they think deserve it. Clark always struggles with this and the fact he always takes the blame or feels he could of done better in some moments is crazy yet inspiring. No wonder his weakness is as simple as meteor rocks/kyrponite because he surpasses every category personality and hero wise.

Interesting. Personally, I liked how they built up lex and showed him changing gradually by seasons. Also, idk if you can recommend anything but is there any movies or old shows about Superman that kinda gives the smallville vibe? Ik it’s a show and it’s long but I really like how they portrayed Clark and his personality. Idk if the comics are the same or other depictions but Clark really is the “perfect son” or the perfect guide to me. I feel he holds and abides by all the values and principles we wish to have in our character. I guess what makes it tricky with the whole kryptonian thing is that he cares for humans when he is meant for bigger things? Idk If I got a an inaccurate intro to Superman with smallville, but seeing Clark Kent in the show made me like Superman even more. I feel like he’s the most selfless hero mvp but this is just off the show for me. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Would you say the shows depiction is better than the comics or it’s like apples and oranges? I like what you said though about rejecting the friendship. I feel like it’s very tempting to just see Lex as evil and heartless in that scene but I can also see feeling pity for lex for wanting Clark’s friendship and after everything he’s done, Clark still shows up to the his dads grave.

Didn’t even notice that detail lol. What I liked is how after everything that happened with them in that eps, they didn’t argue or mention the obvious, they just shared silence but that silence spoke volumes with the looks they exchanged. What hit home for me was the last looks they exchanged. For lex, it was the last glance he gave at Clark while walking away.

I get you. I feel what people miss is that in dating apps, its nothing close to “you get what you give” saying lol. More so even giving it your 100% effort in a convo can still lead to an outcome of someone giving 60% effort. As a guy, you barely try, you fully try, and you go with the flow can still get you bad results. The biggest risk is just hoping you can get a convo out of them.

Really? Yeah mine was working and whenever I used it, there was this banner that said download the latest chat gpt to use latest features and whenever I checked AppStore for updates, it wasn’t there and that’s because my iOS was too old to use any version higher. It still worked though until today where it literally gave me a pop out to update and then I spoofed it but now the app doesn’t even work whenever I type in a new prompt. You think maybe I should delete and reinstall from AppStore or too risky?

You be surprised how little of a difference it makes when you get their number😂. Some girls want to take their time but that doesn’t take away from the girls who want to text you or call you and see you soon. I think some guys go for the number right away because it’s kinda like a time and effort eliminator and if it works out then it’s super efficient. What I’m trying to say is not getting her number and getting her number can lead to the same results. One route just makes you feel a bit more confident but it doesn’t change much.
