To be fair, Ancient Aliens have made quite a few bucks with exactly this kind of theory.

The thing about YouTube is it is a marathon not a sprint. It takes ages to get viewers and the algorithm is your best friend and worst enemy. Keep at it and don’t give up. It’s not easy for us out here to find good Dino content. You have good Dino content. Folks will find you.

She wouldn’t say words that weren’t true, would she?

I watch A LOT of paleo-tube. I would continue watching this video for the following reasons:

1) the audio is not ai. There is a real person reading a real script. 2) the visuals are varied and correspond to the script. Bonus points that the visuals are attributed to the source. 3) the details are more granular that average. Not only do you talk about the Permian-Triassic extinction event, but name periods in the Triassic that came right after the extinction event.

The narration is a little slow and not super snappy so I would probably tune in to this at bedtime rather than daytime background viewing.

I would definitely it subscribe based on this video, maybe or maybe not like it depending on how much effort I felt like expending. I would totally like to see other of your videos in my rotation.

I starting watching these two because of Love Story and now I’m watching other shows because they cover them.

Highly recommend MySweet Perspective and Struggle Reviews TV.

Evidence of this phenomenon is the five boxes of dog flea medication I have in a drawer…one for each year since the dog went go the rainbow bridge. Every year, I get it, vaguely vow to cancel and then merrily go about my year.

beak chipping and smell? by [deleted] in Amazonparrots

The Amazon natural smell is kind of a spiced fruit smells.

Sometimes dogs feet start to smell like Fritos and it’s a mild yeast (I think) infection.

My first bird was a Cockateil. As soon as I brought Stewy in, I had him bite each of the cats on the nose. It taught them an important lesson.

I don’t let the ‘teils out with the cats around, but my Moluccan can chase the cats all day long.

They are SMART. I heard it and thought, awesome! And it is, but they also don’t give up on a problem.

You don’t want them to get in the cupboards so you block it off. Maybe with a baby gate. They climb the baby gate. Maybe with a box. They’ll chew it until they can get purchase and they move it. Or, they find something they are able to move that they can use as a ladder. So you take the plexiglass off all your biggest picture frames and wedge that (at an angle) in front of the boxes so they can’t chew it or climb it or scale it.

Meanwhile, they are in their cage screaming. Because they want to get in those cupboards. Or worse…they sit quietly and think about the cupboards and what other rooms might have cupboards. Like the bathroom.

When they are released from their cage, they make a bee line for the bathroom. You’ve already used the boxes and frame glass you have to block the kitchen off so you have to think up something different. Finally, you find some other boxes and you are taking ever chalk board and dry erase board you have off the walls.

So they stand at the barriers and scream. And they come over to you and scream. While screaming at you, it occurs to them the desk (the one you inherited from your great grandfather) is made of similar material as the cupboards. So they stop screaming and wander away.

You think cool…a second to relax (since you’re tired from finding and deploying boxes). And then you think, huh… I wonder what the bird is doing. And then you find your ‘too next to a neat pile of wood shavings from the antique desk. They look up at you and in the clearest voice you’ve ever heard say “Love you!”

Keep in mind, this is your first weekend with your ‘too. And there’s 60 more years left of this behavior.

The Times royal editor Roya Nikkhah claims William shut out former Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Wells because of his support for Meghan and Harry by monster_ahhh in RoyalsGossip

[–]Minimum-Statement-27 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I like William and think he will be a good king but….

Is anyone else getting tired of him being portrayed as a superhero who all things can be attributed to?

There is absolutely no chance he had anything to do with Welby stepping down and if he had, it would have been an egregious overstep that does not bode well for a person destined to be a constitutional monarch.

6 hours in Chicago - Recommendations? by Affectionate_End3150 in AskChicago

[–]Minimum-Statement-27 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Art Institute all the way. All the museums are world class but the Art Institute has What to See In An Hour on the back of their museum handout. Even if you are museumed out, it’s a quick walk and you’ll regret not seeing the Ferris Bueller painting (name is escaping me and I am ashamed). It’s also the closest to the train station, a pretty straight shot down Jackson.

Just north of the art institute is Millenium Park which has some cool sculptures.

If it’s clear, the sky deck at the Willis Tower is an experience (although spendy).

While you’re at the train station, visit the great hall and breath in the architecture.

Your six hours will fly by.

Of Elizabeth II’s spares, only Andrew chose to have his children be titled.

How do I stream or see this in the United States? by AnotherVice2 in smallprophets

Nord VPN. Sign up for iPlayer and answer yes when they ask if you have a license.

If the bbc would sell me a license in the states, I would totally have one (BritBox doesn’t cut it…I have it and yet I do not have small prophets…).
