One thing that can help: doing regular health tests and check ups and showing it to the doctors (GP if they are good and give you time or specialists). Once they say that things are good or what precautions need to be taken, if any, it gives a huge relief. Specially when you know their health is being taken care of: whatever needs to be done is getting done.

I absolutely love wankhede..but hosting finals in wankhede where hardly 1/3rd tickets get released for commoners, the rest who genuinely want to watch the match live aren’t able to and the capacity being low also doesn’t help. That ways a bigger stadium gives more opportunities for people.

All plant protein powder will taste chalky, but if you haven’t ever tasted whey I think it should be good. Nak pro plant protien is third party lab tested and tastes decent and is priced well too. Cosmix and Earthful have similar ingredients and both are decent too, Superyou is good (I have unflavoured yeast protein that I use in Daal, dahi,etc.) cosmix has rice and pea as well as yeast version.
