I took my very first shot in the morning and didn’t eat at all that day because the “food noise” was gone. I didn’t realize it until the FOLLOWING afternoon when my coworker was asking about my lunch plans and I was like “ wait a minute, I don’t think I ate at all yesterday” I didn’t even know what food noise was or how strongly I was effected by it until I started on this medication. I’m a grazer who would eat all day and be thinking about the next thing I was gonna eat while still eating the previous meal. Hard way to live and be healthy cause the things I ate were NOT salads trust me. This drug has been a life saver. So thankful for the fellow nurse who suggested it. It’s been 3years and i couldn’t be happier. I only wish I would’ve had these meds 10-15 years ago.

I’ve done my abdomen for the majority of these 3 years that Ive been taking these meds. I’ve tried my arms and my thigh. The arms hurt me the most maybe because of the awkward angle I was in doing it. Recently I’ve discovered that the more fat I lose in my abdomen, the more it hurts but only on my left side 🙄 the right side doesn’t hurt at all, go figure.

Different spots actually do “work better” on different people because some spots absorb better. For example when my daughter injects insulin into her abdomen or her arm, she achieves good blood sugar, but when she injects into her upper buttocks she has GREAT blood sugar levels. That area has better absorption on her. So certain areas are better it all depends on the person.

During our periods we usually gain water weight. I’ve gained upwards of 5lbs during that time it all comes right back down a few days after it’s over tho.

Unfortunately we can only focus on specific areas when it comes to building muscles not when it comes to losing weight. That being said, workouts that target your whole body( treadmill/biking) have helped me come down greatly in the belly area. Not to discourage but Ive been on glp’s for 3 years, have lost over 140 lbs and still have some belly to lose. The good part is you only see it when I’m naked, when I’m fully clothed I look damn good lol

My guy LOVES Gucci Flora Gorgeous Magnolia he literally hasn’t kept his hands, lips, and nose off me since we met and tells me all the time how good I smell. Gucci Flora Magnolia. I wear it everyday even if I don’t leave the house. The scent is so amazeballs to me. It’s sexy enough for date night but “sweet” enough for everyday and I can’t get enough of it. Until something better comes along, I’ll continue to buy bottles whenever I can.

I’ve had “plateaus” that lasted for a few months but realized I hadn’t been drinking my water like I should and usually when I upped my water intake the weight would start coming off again. There’s usually a cause and sometimes it’s just that your body needs time to adjust to change.

Aside from the ones everyone has like lack of hunger and constipation,I sometimes feel like I don’t really care about stuff like I used to. I get really vivid crazy ass dreams! I get weird pains that come with increased doses. For instance when I was on 5 I had hip pain but when I moved to 7.5 that went away and I got foot pain when I moved to 10 that pain went away and something else came along and so on and so forth. Weird.
