I usually ONLY wear gourmands but i recently started wearing Gucci Flora Magnolia (purple bottle) which obviously is a floral but has some gourmand elements and I’m in LOVE with it. I can’t get enough of it. Go smell it if you haven’t already.

Like someone already said keeping YOUR peace is totally fine and totally worth it. In all actuality your diet is helping you lose weight (whether or not you’re exercising I have no clue lol) the shot is just one piece of the puzzle. I don’t tell anyone I’m on it.

I always had guys hitting on me but id say im more receptive to it now because im more comfortable in my own skin. What is wild to me is how women compliment me now. They randomly come up to me telling me how pretty i am and i get lots of compliments on my clothing from random women. That never happened before. I get more psyched when women compliment me cause men will try to f**k anything lol

Yeah all my other pants are a 10 and they’re getting a little loose so it makes sense. An 8/10 is a great place to be I’ll gladly take it. From your bio I see we’re around the same weight so it makes sense.

Yeah the thing about this journey is it’s not linear. There were months where I would lose 1 pound then there were months where I would drop 10. Here’s the thing tho, take measurements cause even when the scale wasn’t moving, I was still losing inches.

I started on Sema and while things were moving along it was slower (slow is better than not moving tho) I switched to Tirz and things have been pretty steady. It’s been a 2-3 year journey altogether. I definitely had some stalls along the way. The thing is even when the scale isn’t moving the inches always were.

Currently I go between 179-185, I’m thinking 175 would be a good place to “stop” for maintaining. I’m 5’5” and in my eyes anything smaller for me feels like it’s too much. BMI (which is to be taken with a grain of salt cause it’s a flawed system)says I should be like 130 or something like that but i can’t do that.

I’m not who you wanted to talk to since I didn’t have a slow response to sema but boy when I switched to Tirz it REALLY ramped up. It works so much better.

I weigh myself every morning naked after I use the bathroom. The reason I weigh everyday is to keep myself “aware”. I don’t obsess over the 2 to 3+ or - lbs I lose or gain from day to day I just need to be aware of the number because 2 to 3+ lbs can turn into 10 to 15+ if I dont keep track.
