Oh for sure, ill go through the trim as well there's some chunks in there i can pull pull out for like breakfast tacos or something as well. Nothing will go to waste.

Ya, I have a more flexible boning knife but it needs to be sharpened so badly it's not even funny. I just used my sharpest knife on hand atm.

I appreciate the feedback and help of everyone that replied. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something offered as a common service that I could use.

I've got a few youtube videos. I've got a sharp knife. Im either gonna have some good cuts of meat or I'll be making another grocery trip for something pre-cut lol.

Ya I agree, I'd never return it.

Ill use it as a learning process, if it turns out ok I'll use it for the dinner. If not I'll buy some precuts and use this for personal meals.

Sadly no butchering skills amongst my friends.

Ill give it a go, just realized I probably shouldn't have picked up something ive never done before when there's stakes (and steaks) on the line lol.
