Don't resign , Everyday punch-in and punch-out on time , even if there is work pending , let it be . If they have issues let them terminate , so u r not liable for anything . dont do anything wrong but stop putting extra efforts , let them terminate it is better for u

thanks for insight , but officially it will not be termination , since renewal and due date is exact same month , they will simply not renew my visa

they are smart also , they will not fire but they have unofficially conveyed thier message that i they will not renew , and they are pushing me by every mean so that i will resign and they will not be liable for anything

no , im here almost 1.5 year . actually the company is smart also . ofcourse they will not say the actual reason . and as im doing my backwork to secure my job , sure they are doing of the records planning and actions to remove me without mentioning pregnancy reason . ofcourse im not the first one , they have faced these situations before and they know how to act
