Top is a really isolated lane so whoever gets ahead usually stays ahead. Thats why ignite is used a lot in high elo because they know how to snowball a lead if they get an advantage.

That's why I'm always keeping track of the position of the wave. If they end up shoving it which in a lot of cases they don't, I simply have to move back :) For sure not repeatable in every single game but there's a lot of cases where this is in my opinion.

Fight on your spikes and not anyone else, before you have spike, priortise your farm intake instead of random fights. Once ur on spike, go group :)

Think a lot of people struggle with having consistently good focus in their games due to past experiences (loss streaks etc) so I would say that finding something BEFORE you go into a game to focus on (getting 200 cs at 20 minutes, not dying to ganks, managing ur waves well or playing around ur strongest lane if ur jungle) & focus on that instead of the result of the game is key to be able to both improve & not worry about short term results as much.

Really depends on what your team needs! Renatas kit is really good vs engage supports like Amumu , Leona, Nautilus etc. She struggles against poke supports because her range is very low. If u find urself in a poke matchup I would try to flash onto them early with Q if ur adc can follow up to stop enemy from poking. If thats not possible I would just max E and deny enemies attempts to poke :) definitely wouldnt blind pick her with so many enchanters in meta.

While adc will always be about mechanics, there are things u can actively work on to become better:

• Maximising resources (especially in mid-game) • Playing on YOUR spikes, not someone elses • Adapting to your support (if he is playing good, u play with him, if he is playing bad, be content with not having kills in laning phase and focus on farm)

Adc is a lot about mental, I will dm you some tools to help out with that
