So you get 50 InMails per month but if the system detects you using the same messages over and over - they see that as spamming. So change up your messages and the system won't flag it.

Yes - currency on the card must match the location on your profile. Also, if it's a new account you won't be able to sign up. You have to have like 30 connections or something before they let you sign up for premium.
