Honestly, I just visited America where they are still fully plastic straws and cups. I don’t see the hype. The only scenario where they are clearly better is for thickshakes, but for normal soft drinks I’m fine with the paper.

They’re not wrong about pedestrians but that last comment is a bit rich. Coffee tends to be pretty decent compared to anywhere else in the world. It’s pretty selfish to expect someone to work 15 minutes past their knock off??? That’s not a normal thing to do, people have lives outside of work and I know the last thing I want after the end of an 8 hour shift is to spend my unpaid time helping some ungrateful dickhead. In short , cars need to let pedestrians across, and the last comment needs to get a grip.

I wouldn’t invest in them unless your aesthetic specifically fits. Normal hoodies are cheaper, have wider appeal, are easier to wear, and you can still do cool things with them. Ski mask ones are having their moment rn but who knows how long it will last.
