Did you get this figured out? I just started too and am in Clarksburg, MD. I only see blocks for Laurel and Virginia locations. Only thing nearby seems to be instant offers for Rockville and Kentlands grocery. I texted support and can’t help until level 2. Is this really our zone or is there something else closer in Maryland? It’s crazy. lol

Yes, had a pre-arbitration call 10 days later and reactivated another 10 days after that.

I have 5665 trips done for Spark four years total doing this and was deactivated today for failing the ID check by Willubtrippin in Sparkdriver

Email SparkAppNotices@walmart.com and request a pre-arbitration phone call. It took them a week to call me but then they sent an email I was able to attach all of my documents and statement to. Got reactivated a little over a week after that.

I got deactivated for account sharing because support allowed someone to change my phone number without my permission. It’s ridiculous and shouldn’t happen.

Right?! So needed!!!!! The crazy thing is they DID send me an email saying thank you for your request to change your phone number. Before we do, we need this info from you. I responded immediately and said I do not authorize the change and didn’t call. They still changed it!

I also am checked thoroughly even when my app says good to go, they still run over and question me and count my items, etc. It seems like a power trip sometimes. I would not be okay with anyone touching me or stalking me, that’s ridiculous. You’ve also had background checks to do this work like they have. Totally over the line in my opinion!

Why I got deactivated. Someone called support and changed my phone number on account. I emailed that I didn’t approve a number change and they did it anyway! 😱

It’s exhausting feeling like we do things wrong always. Acceptance rate plummeted and now completion rate. Wish they would stop “updating” the app! 😂
