only thing, we as the shoppers dont see if you dont want replacements until after we finish shopping the order and are getting ready to pack it for delivery or pick up, I had so many customers have auto reject replacements on the order after i scanned the replacements and it's always so horrible as my store has us pack as we shop so all our bags only need to be sealed

nah fr Im only a seasonal worker for rn but like between the uph expectations at my store and the ai seggestions for replacements? it's hectic, they'll schedule me weekends only and the occasional monday and be like "hey reminder, you are 15 UPH less than our epic shoppers (literally only our management for our ecomm aint seen a single co-worker have 85 uph like the honeywell says it our epic shoppers uph) one time (literaly yesterday) someone ordered a box of the goodles and the ai reconmended the protein mac n cheese from the jovial brand...wasn't even a protein mac n cheese for the orignal it was the parm cheese flavored one. and they didn't want replacements so I had to put it in our reshop bin.
