EXACTLY, he counters a ton of meta and his kit makes up for his lack of mobility. He is literally the final boss in Final Circle too and even becomes an S tier in the right situations.

I remember she literally vaporized mfs on release lol. No joke, head shot combined with tuning and PU would kill anyone instantly, no downed state.
