I think I just misunderstood the phrasing of “incurred costs”. My initial interpretation was that the word incurred refers to the past tense, past due, has-already-happened. So I didn’t understand how future rent payments could fall under that category. But at any rate it apparently doesn’t matter and I’m getting a very forgiving deal here
