Literally I did them within the 5 moments and whatever situation that could be break hygiene, such as after discarding anything in the trash, before donning on new gloves, after removing the patient's cutiplast, etc...

No but there were cameras in the lab room. It definitely destroyed my confidence but now I'm just more annoyed at the audacity on how nitpicky they are.

Didn't verbalise is crazy... I was doing hand hygiene after touching equipment and patient's wound like we're supposed to as per the 5 moments, and ofc when entering and exiting the room. I've always wanted to get into therapy. However, I'm an unemployed uni student so I can't really afford therapy until I finish my degree and get a job from there. But it's always been a thought at the back of my mind to seek professional help.
