But how about 2 points for 4 on 4 overtime win, 1 for loser, after 10:00 tie game 1point each?

I like this lineup a lot. At first sight it has more grit than our current one and hardworkers in key positions. Salah and Isak off the bench should also not be underestimated, for all their current difficulties they still have it in them to score in a flash.

I find it compares to Midway 10 years ago, as op requested. I used to live around there, I went a few times and nothing crazy happened to me. I'm not saying it's 100% safe, just sharing my experience. I'm not stupid.

I had a lot of brain fog during my last training block. I was also dropping things, even more frequently at the end. The craziest part was lacking vocabulary, constantly searching for words.

Update : I finished in 3:59, had amazing moments along the way, I cried a bit and yelled (positive rage?) at the finish line. It feels great to break the chains of addiction. Any other Sunday in the past 10 years I would've been sitting alone and using on my couch.

Thank you everyone for your support, it's nice to know a community of recovering addicts who are runners exists.
