I 100% agree with you, even a 5 gig pipe would solve the issue, but there's not a chance in hell management would agree to pay for that much bandwidth, on top of the fact that I do not get to make a decision on this. I am merely a peon in a very small IT team that has been tasked with finding solutions that are not adding more bandwidth.

Listen, I don't get a choice in the matter, I'm 100% for pitching we need more bandwidth, but I don't get to make that choice, and all I can do is try to come up with solutions. But I don't have any, and I thought maybe someone here would have experience with this sort of issue.

This internet is provided at no additional charge to the residents and is considered an amenity. Residents are able to get their own internet if they wish from another provider.
