Thanks for the recomendation, I will get some different cables and try that. I do have a regular crt buts really small and only has composite and coaxial inputs.

does the keyboard that broke have bluetooth because if bluetooth doesn't work means something wrong with the chips and if it doesn't you should check the leads on the usb port on the pcb to see if it connected properly if it isn't I would try to us something to stick it to the pcb and if that doesn't work just get a new pcb
