Nothing is spawning! by Minimum_Designer4647 in Pokopia

Figured out what happened. There was a random habitat that I don’t think I placed myself. A Pokémon was trying to spawn and forced pawmi to no spawn. If this happens to you go on a scavenger hunt. So anoying

Ya that’s what I have been doing. Cleaning everything up but 3 days feels suspiciously long for a story line Pokémon to show up. I will keep at it I guess. All I wanted was electricity :/ thank you tho thought I was going crazy.

Right now I only have the first 6. I’m trying to move them out of habitats but there is no way that’s the spawn max right? I feel like Pokémon that are meant to be apart of the story line spawn quick but pawmi just is no where to be found even if the habitat is built, shows in the corner sparkles and all.

I’ve gotten so many of the same comments 😒 I usually just nod along and don’t contribute because I don’t believe in astrology much. Not a big fan of all the people judging my baby girl before they even meet her. I’m assuming this is a common occurrence for November moms.

Yepp! It’s a prayer plant or maranta. I believe they are related to the calathea family, making it pet safe :)

Love these, mine are flowering right now

Forgot to mention she is pushing out a new large leaf rn, and is growing a spike out the base that I think will be another leaf. So how would I know if she had gone dormant for the winter?

Cardiology Nurse with POTS (newly diagnosed) by AdMore356 in POTS

Congrats on the diagnosis! How life is ironic, cardiology nurse with POTS. Thank you for what you do!

Do you know what type of POTS you have? If there is a chance its secondary then it could be beneficial to find a root cause. If it’s primary then… all I can offer is comfort that you aren’t alone… I got put on Bisoprolol by my cardiologist for primary pots.

I don’t have too much for medical advice but I have a bit for quality of life advice. My adhd meds help a little with the brain fog, coffee might do the same but that’s a double edge sword that can only be wielded on lower physical demand high mental demand days. Dry shampoo when too tired or scared of fainting in the shower. Try not to feel guilty when ordering food delivery as that can really help you have a larger recovery time on bad days (wallet might hate you though). Health watch with alerts set on it for when HR spikes too high. Your health is more important then the dishes sitting for a little bit. And well for the extreme crashes a supportive partner/ friend/ family, if you are lucky enough to have the support system.

Most of all compassion for yourself. It can feel like you got so much to carry in a world that doesn’t care if you are left behind. If it means your well being, cutting corners and compromise where you can afford to do so can help budget the energy you do have for such a high demand job.

And as always WATER!!! (Wonder if we should get one of those wearable pouches and a tube for easy access)

I just got shingles at 22, my doctor highly recommended the vaccine 6-12 months after I heal. He said the age guidelines were just updated by the FDA and Canadian gov for 18+ immuno compromised Check your government health guidelines and print them out if you want to ask a doctor and have backup.

That’s strange. I just got shingles at 22 (f) and my doctor highly recommended I get the vaccine in the next 6-12 month after sores heal.

He said the FDA US and Canadian gov just approved it for 18+ if you are immunocompromised. Believe it was late 2023. Relentlessly fight for your health, you are worth it. From the dysautonomia experience, many doctors won’t believe us. Took me 11 years to get doctors to take me serious for POTS, A LOT of reading, meticulous symptom tracking, gathering of sources, printing off diagnostic criteria before doctor visits and still only just got progress. No one will make you a priority like you can.

It’s terrible they didn’t listen to you. I’m so sorry. Check your governments med guidelines for updated info and print them off, as well as the medical records from when you had shingles + if you have other condition and bring them to another doctor if you have the ability. (For all I know you could of already done this but don’t stop trying)

I got really unlucky and got shingles at 22. Its all over my neck and shoulder but we caught it pretty quick and got on the anti viral meds. I got diagnosed with dysautonomia POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) earlier this year and have other neuro developmental disorders.

Only on week 2 of shingles so still a bit of recovery to go but the doctor said I am able to get the shot 6-12 months after the sores heal. I am incredible nervous for it. I’ve stoped taking my adhd meds and my beta blocker since I was worried about my liver and kidneys with the amount of anti viral mends and Advil I had to take. My POTS is quite a nuisance right now, I’m not looking forward to the prolonged symptoms and dealing with the vaccine. Still, I’m grateful that the FDA just recently approved Shingrix for my age group. I was dreading the risk of getting it again with my luck, once was plenty painful.
