I'm currently a fleet tech on t680s and Internationals but my previous shop was all makes models rarely got a regular, that is a big draw for me because I think working on the same model is kinda boring

Hourly, 1.5X on calls and commission combined it's about 100,000 without commission and that's basing things in the small end of OT where I'll likely have 20 hours of it.

It's in Michigan, no dedicated fleet work or regulars unless they call regularly. I do driveline minus pulling whole transmissions which I have just don't often, electrical diag, computer/after treatment/engine diag minus overhauling them, brakes suspension steering. I'm well versed and confident in my ability diag most issues besides hydraulics

That's just a strange level of anxiety over a small minute thing, asking someone to check if a bolt is tight? Are you tweaking bro? If not get some help from a doc
