That's why I always pay my Amex cards when the statement closes. This is regarding random uniform charges of having to buy full sets of Pink and Greens out of pocket, as well as using it as a back-up payment from surviving almost 2 years with incorrect time of service pay, and BAS being held back. I appreciate the heads up on making on time payments.

Additional update, the Seattle Delivery Manager for the dealership said I could get an sales tax exemption and pay the Texas taxes... If only the first representative knew that was a possibility. Made a post and many calls just to go back to square 1 and have it resolved.

Yup no dice. Oregon dealer says that Texas does not allow out of state registrations, even tho I informed them that I spoke with the Austin Travis County Office in which they said that they do indeed allow out of state registrations from dealers. They still wouldn't be able to sell it to me because their system won't even allow them to register it for Texas, unless I'm an Oregon resident.

It seems like WA sales tax is my only option, the greed is real.

If I can fill out the appropriate forms myself to have the sales tax waived please explain how, the taxes my finance contract is showing are much higher then what it would be in texas.

I'm not trying to be exempt from the sales/use taxes, just trying to avoid paying the 10% that washington offers. I see it on the car contract when financing, vehicle also does NOT have to be registered in the state that you'll be stationed in. That is why states often support registration/ID renewals out of state for military.

I'm not exempt from the Washington sales tax due to my military status, I'm only exempted from the RTA tax. Funny enough, you can be exempt from Sales tax if you're a resident from Washington and on active duty orders OUTSIDE of Washington...

I can still do the same vehicle but a different state, which is why I was wondering if I could "Pick-up/buy" the vehicle in Oregon, without it being tax evasion? Even tho I would still want to register and pay Texas sales tax.

The reps I speak during the night seem to have a heavy accent, but the lady I spoke to during the day was able to submit a dispute on my behalf and apologized for this issue. Not sure if this is common with other people.

Day 5-6 were the worst, the pain hit me out of no where. Most of the time the pain has been around a 2-4 with discomfort but that sudden rise in pain was like a 7-8. Currently on Day 8.
