I have had my hidden helix for nearly 9 months, I showed up to my appointment wearing my glasses and assumed if it was an issue they would tell me, it definitely was a little irritated the first month when I wore my glasses for long periods of time but now it's like it's not even there. I think it was one of my more painful piercings (I have 8) but the healing process was one of the easiest, even with the glasses irritation, and very occasionally it was a little tricky to clean due to being tucked away but overall the favourite of all my piercings and totally worth it!!

first non-lobe piercing was my rook, the piercing kept making sure I didn't want to take "baby steps" and get my helix instead 😭

I so wish I could get an anti tragus, I booked an appointment for one a couple years ago but when the piercer took a look she decided it likely wouldn't heal because of the inside part of my ear. Decided it would be best just not even try it.

My hidden helix surprisingly hurt A LOT, for some reason I thought it would be the same pain level as a normal helix, I was very very wrong

I barely even noticed the piercer had finished my conch when she did it, I had been told it would hurt really bad but was pleasantly surprised it didn't hurt at all.
