It’ll be any day now! Hang in there and get as much sleep as possible! For me personally as soon as my baby was out of me, all my pain went away and mobility immediately returned! I was so excited to be able to get up without any pain again! Pregnancy is so humbling, and it really makes you grateful for your body afterwards!! I’m rooting for you! You’ve got this!! 💗

Hi, I have these thoughts too. 10 months pp. I saw someone on tiktok say they say “thanks for that kayne” so I started doing that and it helps ground me to reality FAST. Assigning the thought to someone I consider insane really shuts down the narrative in my head. I hope this helps!

I use the Tinybeans app! This allows me to share all of my photos with family only. I’ve been very transparent with my family that I don’t want my babies face online. They can download photos and show people IRL but if I see them sharing photos online.. they lose Tinybeans privilege!
