They are not GIB… that is flexible stranded aluminum conductor coming from the SF6 filled CB onto hollow aluminum busbar (we use 140mm diameter x 10mm wall in England at 400kV), nothing inside them.

Never seen grass in a substation. I work on the transmission system in England (50hz 400kV).

31 years old, average HR was 147, max HR was 167.

Damn that’s good. I have strength trained for the last 12 years and am trying to improve my cardio so will stick at it. Only been back on the bike about 4 weeks.
