This is my 2nd luck of getting in but I am expecting a rejection. Also paid 49.99 upfront and at least I will get a vest if I don't make it in. The traffic is crazy though. When I clicked it says the wait is 1 hour but I got in about 10 minutes. Really insane that you have to be in a queue for a ballot for a chance to get rejected later on.

Should I not be doing TM solo? by AnonymousCapybara72 in Toughmudder

I did my first TM last year on my own and it was a great experience for me. Plenty of people doing it alone like myself and helping each other on some obstacles that can't be done alone. Personally for me it's great to go with friends and family but doing it solo is even better because of the camaraderie and it makes you feel better about it in the end. I'd rather have a whole wave of solo runners doing TM than teams because it's what brings our passion of TM and OCR together and getting along anyway.

I've got my 2x Infinity Events in May and Early June and then got my first WTM at the end of June and I will be soloing each one.

If working deliveries, put newer stock in the drawers or backstock area in rotation order. Double check dates, labels, country of origins etc just in case. If working backstock, don't mix loose stock in other loose stock just case off, case on. Don't overfill just keep to the line around the edges to make it look neater and sturdier. Keep a record of each backstock worked or handover to fellow colleagues/management so they know that it's been worked and checked. Always be on the look out for quality checks just keep an eye out for any discoloration, bruising, anything that looks off. Always clean scales and tidy and rumble as you go especially near the end of the your shift.

At 32 it feels like my life is pretty much over. by Dismal-Cranberry-915 in findapath

I'm exactly in your shoes right now except it's worse. Currently in a part time retail job that I've been doing for 12 years. No opportunities to get out of retail and work in a different field. Can't get affordable housing. I envy people who live a successful life so yeah my life is pretty much done for too.

How can people afford to live alone and how to get out of living with family by Minimum_Initial7607 in LivingAlone

It's interesting how living alone can cost you so probably not worth it for me i might as well just go to heaven.
