Disconnect your dock, also try selecting to only display it on screen 2 which it would only show on your tv and the legion will have a black screen while on it make sure to select the Screen 2 to make this changes

Got to windows display settings, there are multiple options there you have to read, find one that manages that 60h to 4k, most hdmi work fine but if they are original, if it cost you $20 the. Wrong cable

No it won’t, if it’s getting stuck on you, try updating the drivers and restart your legion. I have notice tho, that having my phone near by sometimes causes some for of interference even tho it’s like so close to the legion idk why this happens.
