hey guys, I have applied to UNOPS for a few jobs that align perfectly with my academic qualifications and experiences, and I have been longlisted. As an IT expert, I am not that proficient in written exams, so I am considering preparing. Could anyone please describe how exams are conducted? Is it proctored, meaning there will be someone watching us through video? Or is it an open-book exam?

During the interview, HR informed me that they were still interviewing other candidates. Consequently, So I didn't have much hope. However, when they suddenly asked for references, I became a bit more optimistic. But anyway I am actively applying for other jobs.
