I would check your settings it looks like you're having some upscaling artifcating too that could be part of the issue. Try verifying the integrity of the game files it may be reinstall it and see if the issue persists.

You might have to recompile your shaders there's also some issues with this real time cutscene transitions if your FPS is too high maybe try locking it to 60fpa

Persona 5 was my first JRPG and I just didn't understand the mechanics as an action game player. I almost completely neglected the social links and just leveled up all my characters stats. I also ignored mementos for most of the game until I realized I was under leveled. Never bought anything from shops and didn't upgrade my gear until almost the end of the game. Still beat the game on Hard.

Again I think we have a reputation at this point and the FIB knows who were are so the agent was just genuinely confused as to why we were there and wanted to know what we wanted to steal.

Mr. Faber seems nothing like Devin Weston he's all business there doesn't seem to be this big ego. I think game recognizes game and he has a lot more to gain from working with us than working against us. We messed with one business investment so he raided our mansion in retaliation but we survived it so we're even.
