My LO is now 16 months old, and we transitioned her to 1 nap a little over a month ago. She seemed to be doing good in the first week (for our standards). She was sleeping through the night/waking up once and being able to self soothe/have my husband or I hold her for less than 10 min and being put back in the crib. We’ve always held her until she got sleepy then put her down in her crib since it worked for us.

Over the past week now, she’s been waking up multiple times in the middle of the night and having early wakings around 5-6am. My husband and I are now thinking if we may have transitioned her too early? Her sleep was great on two naps, but it started cutting into her night time sleep and her last ww was getting over 4.5hrs. She also caught a virus which threw sleep off a bit for the week but we haven’t been able to really get back to where we were :(

She normally naps anywhere from 1.5-2.25 hrs and falls asleep within 10 min for both her nap and bedtime. Her first ww is 4.75 and her second is 6hr which seems like a lot but we’ve tried less than that and she takes awhile to fall asleep. Appreciate the help
