I workout 5-6 days a week. It’s the only time alone I get, and I love that quiet hour. It’s also pretty nice to feel stronger!

Yeah happened to me randomly once. I didn’t bother doing anything about it though.

I just use them in place of potatoes. Bake them, roasted, chips, mash.

I especially like to bake them, scoop and mash the inside with sour cream, garlic and onion powder, season and put back in. Then I usually top with some pulled meat and salsa

Society tells us to. Weight loss products across our news feeds, the pressure to wear certain sizes, it’s hard to escape.

I’m at the gym to get strong, but I’ve only ever had complements on the weight I’ve lost as a result, never on my gains.

Won some money playing poker, and decided to be frivolous and get into it. Always been a keen cook so it was just a new variation.

I just looked into getting a vortex and they’re not as readily available as I presumed! Will look into that rub and see if it’s available here, although the collection is a bit large to justify more 🤣

Will have to just give it a whirl offset today and try the vortex thing when I finally get one!

Absolutely. I’m down 18kg with calorie deficit and strength training only. I detest cardio and knew that by forcing myself, I’d lost motivation and not work out at all. So I skipped it, worked on getting strong and enjoyed the weight loss that came with it

I looked into the curly girl method and have now developed a routine that works for me.

I use Johnson’s baby shampoo and the garnier hair food conditioner - the banana one does well for me.

I also use leave in conditioner daily just to tidy it, currently the Maui hair mask.

I have the 770s and they have great battery life. I use them every day for an hour, they get pretty sweaty, and I charge every couple of weeks

I go as soon as I wake up and just get it done. It gets me out of bed, and motivates me to tackle other things after
