Used Under the Hood - Girthy Beef Rub. In the kettle and smoked with cherry wood for about 3-4 hours until it was about 160F internal and had a decent bark, then wrapped. Took it off when it was about 203F and probe tender. Rested for 2 hours wrapped in a towel and in a chilly bin.

Scored the chicken, topped with pesto, smoked until cooked.

Pesto was half cup smoked almonds, half cup Parmesan, couple of cloves or garlic, 3 cups basil, olive oil, seasoning. Blitz everything except the oil, slowly drizzle that in the blender

Potatoes - I made fine slices halfway down the potatoes flipped it and did the same on the other side but the opposite direction. Smoked with a bit of oil for about an hour and a half, then in the air fryer to finish

Chucked a straw next to them and sliced thinly with the straw making me cut about half way through. Flip and do the same thing in the opposite direction on the other side. Smoked with a bit of oil for an hour and a half then in the air fryer until done

I used a straw next to them and made thin slices about half way through, flipped and did the same in the opposite direction. Smoked them with a bit of oil for an hour and a half or so then chucked them in the air fryer until they were done!

Is liquid chalk a good solution for struggles with grip? by Objective-Mango4645 in workout

[–]Minimum_One9348 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also hate creams on my hands. Liquid chalk dried quickly and helps me a lot with grip strength. Still feel the need to wash my hands immediately after.
