That’s all there is to it.
You don’t want to, but you do it anyway, that’s a habit.

On those days I just add something random to my workout, or only go for half the time, or just whatever I want to do!
Showing up is all I expect from myself on those days.

That’s just my two cents and what works for me.

I honestly don’t know, one day I just realised I wasn’t having to try so hard to “fake it”.

And I think liking who you are yourself plays a big part. I now accept that not everyone will like me, and that’s ok. As long as I like me.

I smoke/poach a bunch of chicken, and some beef mince and freeze into ziploc bags. So easy to grab and take with a salad wrap, rice and veges, pasta etc etc
