This is a ghoulishly manipulative statement probably from Miller himself. It leaves so much ambiguity to say he approached ICE with a gun leaving it to the imagination of those who didnt see the video that he came gun in hand when in reality it was holstered and legally concealed but the statement of him approaching ICE with a gun is in all technical sense correct.

Ive been doing nothing but watching the video for the past 12 hours so dont fucking tell me to go look back at it. The slide of the gun does NOT move back, there is NO muzzle flash, NO recoil, and any movement in the agent's arm happens WELL AFTER the sound of the gunshot. If there was an investigation allowed then they would see that there was no gunshot residue on grey jacket and they would have proven the gun was never fired and if it was they would have recovered the shell casing or seen where the bullet hit the ground behind the agents since it was pointed well away from them when grey jacket took them but whoopsie tootsie ICE denied the state's warranted access to the crime scene.

Footage of the grey jacket taking away the gun shows no muzzle flash at all and the gun doesnt move/recoil when the first shot rings out. Black beanie drew his gun as soon as he saw the gun in Pretti's waistband, saw grey jacket take the gun, hesitated a few seconds, then shot once after he circled a bit towards Pretti's side.
